So So So my roommate and I are in a huge Pokemon buzz. It's kind of weird because we had a phase like this last year but it didn't last nearly as long.

We're both psyched for HeartGold and SoulSilver coming out, and now I wish I had my DS and Pokemon games with me. We did trade Pokemon cards last weekend for the first time in YEARS, baby, YEARS, and it felt really, really good. I've decided that I'm going to collect Charizards & the evolutions of, and I already have a lot, including everyone's favorite Charizard. ;D

I also want to do Pokemon trainer Ryo again. I did his lineup today during math class today...AGAIN. Because I'm bored. He's got a Jolteon, Scyther, Nidoking (hurhur), Charizard, Gyarados, and Gengar. ;D

I've also been reading the Pokemon Adventures manga for the first time since I was like 9. And DAMN, SON. In sum, Red is kickass, Blue surfs on a Golduck and is always bored while doing so, Bruno is gay, Giovanni is the goddamn Batman, and Lance is the Hitler of the series. Also apparently every gym leader sans the first three are EVIL and so is 3/4ths of the Elite Four who, ironically, nobody has ever heard of.

No wonder the anime series is only loosely based on the manga, hurhur...
